Leviticus 19:33-34
‘When a foreigner resides among you in your land, do not mistreat them. The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. I am the Lord your God.’

He defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow, and loves the foreigner residing among you, giving them food and clothing. And you are to love those who are foreigners, for you yourselves were foreigners in Egypt.
It embodies a Community of Filipinos and Friends in joint Fellowship
This new name FFF was launched at PPCOC’s 50 Anniversary in 2015. It embodies a Community of Filipinos and Friends in joint Fellowship: in studying and sharing the Word of God, and in praying and encouraging one another to good works.
The FFF has become a significant unit at the Church, with the ladies serving as greeters, singing on various occasions and providing support at church celebrations.
Invite your Filipino friends to join us on their day off on Sunday. A visit may turn out to be a regular weekly affair.
We recognise the contributions of the Filipinos to our Singapore community. For many, their role as house helpers are critical in families where mothers are working so that the children and aged are cared for and the house is clean and there is home-cooked food on the table. The FFF helps provide them with spiritual food, Christian fellowship and encourages them to lead in singing, prayers, teaching and service.
For the many Filipinos who attend our services, Church is a home away from home. They have their own cozy clubhouse, where they enjoy home-cooked lunches together monthly. Many linger till the evening to relax and enjoy sweet fellowship with each other.
FFF meets at Church for Sunday bible classes and worships. FFF holds monthly lunch fellowships and invites all foreign workers and SIBI students.

Our weekly Bible Classes are manned by a group of dedicated and committed teachers who enjoy teaching the class. The teachers help nurture every incoming foreigner into this warm circle. No one is forgotten as birthdays are celebrated monthly.
At our monthly lunch fellowship our ladies who are culinary experts often cook up Filipino cuisine to the delight of guests invited. Birthdays are also joyously celebrated on a monthly basis, often with home-baked cakes. Our annual BBQ at the West Coast Park is also a big draw, often with 60 in attendance. The A Capella singing is just amazing under God’s canopy of trees!
Through this Filipino Ministry God has planted a new Church in Tuao, Philippines as a result of a call by a member to reach out to her family. In helping to support the new Church, many members (youth and adults) have made mission trips to Tuao to help support the new Church and have in turn, been blessed by the Lord.
