Elder Winston Chong will speak on the subject of “The Paradox of the Cross” at the morning worships today. Come back at 6pm to hear his eldest son, brother Basil Chong exhort the congregation at our evening worship.
This Wednesday: Bring your friends for SIBI's Open Bible Study at 10am on the book of "Ecclesiastes”. At 7:30pm, the SPC continues on the "Fisher of Men" series on the subject of "The Soul Winner’s Lifestyle". Both sessions are conducted by brother Charles Cook.
The monthly a cappella singing will resume this afternoon at 1:30pm. If you ordered your lunch from sister Betty last week, please collect it at the lobby after the 11am worship. The new Sunday 9:30am a cappella class by brother Daniel Ng will begin today for pre-registered students.
In view of the start of the 9:30am a cappella singing class, the Foundation Bible class will move to the hall next to the ladies’ restroom. We apologise for the inconvenience due to the increased use of classrooms.
Brother Sam Ponnusamy is now at the AMK Community Hospital, Ward 3 and bed 22. He will be there for the next few months and your visit will be much appreciated.
Please cover the Shanghai mission team in your prayers. Elder William, brother Anthony, sisters Hedy and Lilie are conducting a seminar this weekend. They will also visit members in other parts of China following the seminar.
Brother Siow Hwee is preaching at the church in HCM City, Vietnam on a reece trip in answer to a Macedonian call by sister Pearly. We look forward to his report so that we can respond to their needs.
The Bible land Tour group of 22 led by brother CC Teng is posting their exciting journey on Facebook. Please cover them in your prayers until they return on the 18th March: Koh Chin Soon, Koh Mabel, Paul Lee, Ivy Lee, Paul Lim, Mei Yin, Soo Lang, Swee Aun, Lai Fun, Mimi Ng, Tan See Mui, Jenny Ngeow, Patrick Ong, Judy Ong, Sandra Teo, Teng Cheng Chong, Hong Siok and friends of Sandra and CC: Chan Cher Boon, Lau Bee Ting, Ong Meng Peng, Tan Kwee Hong, Seah Muah Ann.
