ANNUAL CHURCH CAMP
2012 Annual Camp will be held
on 13th-16th June
at the Renaissance Hotel in Melaka, West Malaysia
Please take note for all overseas guest: You need to apply
* multiple visa to enter Singapore and
* visa for Malaysia (if you are not from any asean countries) and
* book flight to arrive Singapore by Friday 8th June and depart Singapore on Monday 18th June.

or we will assume that you are not able to make it for the camp.
All camp participants are encouraged to confirm their bookings as soon as possible to ensure their accommodation for the camp and facilitate the planning and administration of the camp programme and logistics. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding in helping to make the Church Camp 2012 an edifying and enjoyable one.
1. The following 2012 camp fees apply to all members, visitors and church workers.
Adults (Working) $2802. Please note the following for registration and payment:
Adults (Non-working) $190
Youth/House Helpers $190
Child (4 to 11 years) $80
Child (with extra bed) $150
Single Room $500
a. Registration will starts from 26th February and ends on 29th April 2012. (ends on 30th March 2012 for overseas campers.)3. Please note the following for rooming:
b. Limited rooms available, confirmation upon payment (first come-first served).
c. Early bird discount of $10/pax (register with full payment by 29th April 2359hrs).
d. No exceptions made. So for family of 2 adults and 3 youths, they get to enjoy discount of $50 total.
e. Registration booth at pp church lobby will be open on Sundays 9:15am - 9:45am and 10:30am - 11:15am and 12:15pm - 1pm.
f. New camper please have ready Date of Birth and Passport Number (including Date of Issue and Date of Expiry). Note that 6 months passport validity is required for travel to Malaysia. [multiple visa to enter Singapore and single visa for Malaysia (if you are not from any asean countries)]
g. Full payment is required by 29th April 2012.
h. Members who require financial assistance may approach any of the Registration Committee members.
i. Accommodation will be guaranteed for participants who register by 29th April 2012.
e. Registration after 29th April 2012 will be accepted on a case by case basis, and accommodation is not guaranteed if hotel rooms are limited.
f. Single rooms (without church subsidies) are available but are limited and based on case by case basis.
g. Cancellations made by 29th April 2012 will be entitled to a full camp fees refund, but cancellation thereafter will not be entitled to a refund as payment would have been made to the hotel.
a. Rooming will be on a minimum twin-sharing basis for adults.4. Special programs:
b. Preference will be given to members who have indicated their preferred roommate, based on a mutual agreement between the parties.
c. Allocation will be done at the discretion of the committee if preference for a roommate is not indicated.
d. Children aged 11 years old and below will be required to room with at least 2 adults.
e. Youths may be required to share rooms on a triple-sharing basis; the designated youth leader will handle the arrangements for youth rooming.
f. Roommates may not be changed without the prior knowledge and consent of the committee. This is crucial for proper accounting and tracking of each participant during the camp.
