When I wanted to feature a writeup of our youths’ educational pursuits, elder Beng Chuan supplied me with an astonishing update, which was rewritten by brother Irvin. Brother Kelvin helped by further proofreading this listing.
Valerie Tng returned and is continuing her teaching diploma at NIE in Singapore after completing her masters at Oxford and a degree at Imperial College. Velma Teng should also return and continue her teaching diploma at NIE in Singapore after completing her masters at Cambridge and a degree at Imperial College.
Serene Lim returned from accountancy study in Perth and is now working with KPMG Singapore. Jonathan Goh has just returned with a degree in International study and he is looking for a job. Jonathan Lai has also returned from Perth, Australia for a year and has been enlisted in NS.
Candice Wan left for Japan to pursue her EDB scholarship study in Economics. Natalie Tang is leaving for special healthcare studies at
Southampton University in UK. Shona Chan leaves for medical study at Cambridge in UK. Joanna Ooi leaves for medical studies at University of Edinburgh, UK. Jackson Mok (transferred member from Jurong) returns to Chicago to continue his degree. Jason Ng, Daniel Ng's son (Lim Ah Pin) will go back to Oxford for his last year of law studies. He will return next year to complete the 4th year of his studies at NUS, after which he will serve the Singapore Land Authority, for 6 years.
Joanne Seah returned to Singapore after graduating from speech therapy in Brisbane, Australia and has been working at Tan Tock Seng Hospital for a year. This year, her brother Johnston Seah left to Australia for one year for A level study. Next year, he will be returning to do his NS. Roy Tay completed his EEE engineering study at Imperial College and found work at UBS London. Kwa Chia Erhn started her study at Brisbane, Australia. Audrey Pang went to Canberra for further study. Jo-Ann Lim went to Perth to pursue her degree. She went back this year to complete her masters. Mei Soh, Peter Soh's elder daughter has graduated as an architect. She is currently working in Sydney.
Priscilla Tng left for Germany to study. Kwa Chia Rhun left for his study at Toronto, Canada. He is now in Vietnam and plans to return to Canada. Chevelle left for her studies in Canberra. She is now married and live in Canberra. Christopher Yang started first year study at NZ University. He will be back for vacation in December.
Nicolette Teo left for Mission Viejo, California, USA to enroll in High School. She graduated and is now swimming and studying in ULCA, USA. Gwen Vetuz also completed her study three years ago. She worked with the United Nation in Mexico for six months. She is now working with a legal firm, Allen and Gledhil. Eugene Pang came back from UK and has been working since. Benjamin Yam left for Harding and is now working in the IT Industry in USA. Christopher Teo who left for Harding 4 years ago is now married with a child. The family is planning to visit Singapore later this year.
Jeanette Wee, Billy's daughter will be completing her degree at NUS this year and enter the job market. Rachel Lim had achieved top marks at Nanyang Polytechnic and she is now studying at NTU in Singapore. Stephanie Kiang has graduated from Republic Polytechnic and is now working for SPH. Nicholas Tang has completed his Nanyang Polytechnic studies and has been enlisted in NS.
Joseph Chang, Bee Lee's son has completed his NS. He is currently pursuing a four year computing course at NUS. Lisel Ng, Daniel’s daughter is studying at SIM University in Singapore.
Nehemiah Tan will complete his NS at the end of this year and will pursue his study at the Polytechnic. Valmond Teng will complete his NS at the end of this year and study Business Adminstration at SMU. Uric Sin has also completed his NS. He is pursuing his tertiary education at the local university.
Visitors, Francis Ng and spouse Carol have just returned from UK. Francis is serving at the Athorney General office. He is the son of Nancy and Vincent Ng (who sponsors our Science Seminar a few years ago). Daniel Lim has completed NS. He is now studying first year at NTU.
Elsa Leung, our newly baptized sister is in her final year NUS engineering course.
Final year Polytechnic students: Marilyn Yee (Temasek), Douglas Fun (Temasek), Jacelyn Goh (Nanyang) and Adrian Koo (Singapore).
Second year Singapore Polytechnic students: Johnston Wee and Matthew Tng.
First year polytechnic students: Darren Chan, Jeronme Goh, Geraldine Lim, Kenneth Kuek (Ngee Ann) and Daniel Goh (Singapore).
Indira from Jakarta Congregation is studying at Raffles Laselle. Marcus Yang is in his final year at United World College. Amanda Kiang is studying in Laselle-SIA School of the Arts. Shawn Li is studying in Laselle-SIA School of the Arts.
Lee Pei Ching, after completing NUS, went to USA for a year. She returned two years ago and had been working with Mindef since. Shirley Jiang Na graduated two years ago with a master degree at NUS. She started research work with NUS last year. Vanessa Chan is pursuing her business study in SMU. Marilyn Tan has completed her Ngee Ann Polytechnic study and started work with Government Investment Corporation. Timothy Lim has graduated from Singapore Polytechnic and entered NS. New convert Daniel Chng just started work with Accenture, a consulting firm.
